Whitney Thompson and Saleisha Stowers were on-hand to celebrate the 5th Annual Lucky Shopping Event at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City on November 6. Other celebrities included Leighton Meester and Jessica Szhor from Gossip Girl.
I’m glad Whitney got her roots fixed. But this peasant-inspired outfit isn’t very flattering. What do you think?
Saleisha wins best-dressed top model of the night. I love her shrunken leather jacket. Who else is so glad Saleisha’s terrible makeover is long gone?

I think Whitney’s dress would look better from a different angle, but her facial expression is just terrible. While I think Saleisha looks pretty, she is just so blah looking.
Whitney is a HOT MESS…FULL FIGURED MESS. She needs to stop doing that awful thing she does with her face.
As for Saleisha, hate her or love her, she’s done quite well for herself. She knows her strengths and she’s been milking the commercial market in L.A and NYC ( mostly in L.A). Have any seen her pictures for Baby phat, house of dereon etc etc? she looks gorgeous. She’s a commercial model, she should stick to that. Ironically, commercial model brings in a sh*** load of money. So while people might be dissing her for not being “high fashion” enough, she’s laughing all the way to the bank.
