Tyra Banks #68 on Forbes Celebrity 100

Every year, Forbes puts together a list of the 100 most influential celebrities in the business. This year, coming in at #68 was America’s Next Top Model creator and executive producer, Tyra Banks.

Tyra made the list because of her rapid evolution “from model to mogul.” The magazine cites America’s Next Top Model, The Tyra Banks Show, her upcoming CW project Stylista her straight-to-DVD series Clique and her still-secret project with Ashton Kutcher as evidence of her power and influence in the entertainment industry.
The top of the Forbes list? Oprah Winfrey. I find this a bit hilarious, as Tyra is striving to be Oprah, yet hating the comparisons to her. Rounding out the top five were Tiger Woods, Angelina Jolie, Beyonce Knowles and David Beckham.
