Top Model Summer Showdown!

Cycle 11 of America’s Next Top Model premieres September 3rd on the CW. So, to pass the time during the summer, Top Model Gossip is going to have a Top Model Summer Showdown. Everyday this summer, two models will face-off bracket-style and the girl with the most votes will advance to the next round.

Every model from every cycle will compete. The models were given a ranking based on how they finished on the show and the strength of their cycle. They were then divided up into four groups and will go through six rounds, not unlike the NCAA March Madness brackets. Because of the number of girls, some winners got byes. This was selected randomly. The highest ranked will face-off the lowest ranked in the first round, and so on, until there are only two girls left!
Later today, I’ll release the bracket (I’m still working on it!). Remember to come back here daily to relive old moments, and vote for your favorite!

Erin, this is such a great idea! I don’t want to sound pathetic, but even though I feel the show has gone downhill some over the cycles, I still live for the show. I’ve often wondered how some of the girls who didn’t win would do head to head with girls from other cycles. I have my definite favorites, and most of them have not been the ultimate winners, so this Top Model Gossip’s Top Model contest is great, especially for those who have seen all 10 cycles. Hopefully it will take us through the entire summer leading up to Cycle 11. I’m sure it takes up much of your time, so let me be the first to say thank you very much for your time and effort. If there is any way any of us can help you, please don’t hesitate to ask for help.
