The Camera Adds Ten Years

July 7, 2006 by Ingrid

At least, it apparently does in the case of Ylenia Aurucci, the latest castoff from Canada’s Next Top Model.

According to the judges, the model hopeful looked too old in her pictures.

“The comment (from the judges) of me looking old – I could totally see that in my picture. So, after I saw how the photo turned out, I had a feeling I was going home,” says Aurucci, a Vancouver actor who was just 23 when the reality series was filmed.

“It’s strange. Even myself, I thought I appeared older on TV and in the pictures, but in person, people are usually right on with my age.”

Yeah I think I can see what they’re talking about, going by that picture alone.

That is totally nonsense! She doesn’t look any older in this pic!!!Just about the same as her in person!!!I don’t know what the judges & the people out there are really thinking?
