One fun event during the official launch of Oxygen’s America’s Next Top Model: Obsessed was a fashion show featuring over 40 past contestants. The party was on January 18 and was held at Gotham Hall in New York City.
The fashion show was hosted by runway coach and judge Miss J Alexander and it’s tons of fun to watch. I’m glad Oxygen made this video available to the public. It’s so much fun to see former contestants working the runway, even if it’s only for a party celebrating ANTM itself!

Here’s a second preview of next week’s episode of America’s Next Top Model. Next week is the week the girls go overseas, but they have to shoot a Cover Girl commercial first. In the preview below, the girls learn the magic of a green screen. I’m not really sure what this will have to do with their commercial, but I’m excited to find out!

Here are some bonus clips from this week’s episode of America’s Next Top Model. In this episode, titled “The Fiercee Awards,” the girls had to pose as embarrassing moments at an awards show and Lauren Brie was sent packing for her boring photo and boring personality.

In this preview for next week’s episode of America’s Next Top Model (which is a recap episode!), they show us Sheena’s reaction to her makeover. The bleach they use to give her highlights causes her hair to fall out and, rightfully, this freaks her out. As painful as it looks, Sheena takes it better than most girls on ANTM ever has.

The makeovers this cycle were pretty tame. Samantha had the worst breakdown of all, and it was nearly nothing! I miss Catie, Jaeda, and Cassandra!

Next week on America’s Next Top Model is a recap week! They are going to take us “behind the runway” so we can see what goes on when the cameras aren’t rolling. It looks like Elina is upset over Clark’s elimination, the makeover drama is apparently as good as it got, and “one model takes it too far.” I wonder who that could be! (My money is on Hannah!)

In the latest Whitney Thompson My Life as a Cover Girl commercial, Whitney talks about how busy and atypical her day-to-day life is. She’s “up at six and home at ten.” Yet, in the commercial below, it really looks like she’s shopping. And they’ve used that casting footage before.

I used to love Whitney’s MLAACG commercials, but now they just bore me. What about you?

Last night’s Top Model in Action was Cycle 6 winner Dani Evans. Dani has been getting consistent catalogue work since the show ended, regularly appearing in look books and on the Saks Fifth Avenue site for designers like Tori Burch.
Dani is currently the face of Academics Clothing and, this isn’t in the video, but she’s really good friends with supermodel Chanel Iman!

Cycle 6 was a tough call. Dani was sweet and a good model, but who didn’t love Joanie Dodds? I also never understood the name change from Danielle to Dani. Is Dani more modelesque?

Tonight on America’s Next Top Model, Tyra Banks herself will make an appearance in an effort to show the girls what it means to be fiercee (that is not a typo). Also, Elina has a giant breakdown.
