Senator Barack Obama To Be Guest on the Tyra Banks Show
Senator Barack Obama is set to be a guest on the Tyra Banks Show in September! I can’t wait to see him talk politics with Tyra!
Talk show host Tyra Banks is putting her usual discussion of body image and fashion on hold for a day to interview U.S. Senator Barack Obama.
The Illinois Democrat is the first presidential candidate to appear on the syndicated show, which is now in its third season. The show’s topics typically are relationships and glamour rather than politics.
Obama’s appearance allows him to campaign before a largely female audience. Obama rival Hillary Rodham Clinton has a lead among women and will appear on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" next month.
Obama’s taping on "The Tyra Banks Show" is scheduled for September 27th.

Tyra,
I have been watching ANTM this week and noticed you making comments about how white people act, for instance:
One of the African American girls made a cover girl commercial for the show, her urban accent really stood out in the commercial, you explained to her that she should be proud of who she is but needs to work on getting rid of her black accent, BUT then you proceeded to tell her she doesn’t need to betray a complete white person either and then you began talking like a valley girl as an example of how she needs not to be.
It really pisses me off when you do this, and I have seen it more than a few times. As a person who is given the privilege of being on TV, should not be setting a racist example for all the young girls, teens, and women that watch your show. My advice to you is to try to be a little less descriptive when portraying a white person. It’s not very becoming, nor is it funny. I bet you wouldn’t like it if a white person in your position was doing what you have done and it needs to stop!
I will be watching you in the future and if I see this behavior coming from you anymore I will boycott your show and I will write the TV station to let them know that you are a racist and need to be pulled off the air immediately. Maybe they will fill your position with someone with class.
Sorry if I have offended you but someone needs to make you open your eyes to what you look and sound like.
