Sara to Sign With Elite or Next?

Bit of news from the modelsphere. According to Sara’s MySpace, a modeling deal appears to be in the works.
Well, her exact words were that she’s been “working with 2 great agencies: Elite and Next.”
Does she mean she’s working with both of them? I’m not sure.
