Nigel Barker’s ANTM Contract Renewed

November 19, 2008 by Erin Balser

This story is a bit old, but I just found it. Nigel Barker revealed to New York Magazine that his contract to appear as a judge on America’s Next Top Model has been renewed until Cycle 16.

“So you better not be bored of my face, because it ain’t going anywhere,” he joked.

Officially, the CW previously announced that ANTM would continue until the 2009/10 season. But, if I do my math correctly, Nigel’s contract works out so that ANTM will be on until at least 2011. I know an individual judge’s contract isn’t a reflection of how long a show will be on, but since ANTM is the CW’s highest rated show, this looks promising!

    OH NO.

Nigel isn’t adding anything to judging. We need fresh judging to make the show not overused for 2992481948181th cycle.

I’m just getting sick/bored of him. He’s useless in judging right now.
