New Zealand to Get Own Top Model Show
November 23, 2008 by Erin Balser
New Zealand is the latest place to start a quest for their own Next Top Model. Last week, Kiwi station TV3 announced plans for New Zealand’s Next Top Model and expect the first cycle to air in 2009. No host or judges have been named yet, but we should expect those announcements “very soon.”
There were rumors that AusNTM judge Charlotte Dawson as being courted to host the show, but she withdrew from the show a few weeks ago. Current speculation is that actress Cassandra Hepburn will sit on the judging panel.
“We’re delighted to be able to bring New Zealand audiences their own version of the show,” TV3’s Director of Programming Kelly Martin told Stuff.co.nz.
I don’t know much about the NZ fashion world. Anyone want to take a guess about who will be named the host and to the judging panel?

New Zealand? How cool! That is a place I want to visit so bad someday.
I think either – Kylie Bax, Rachel Hunter, or Penny Pickard would make GREAT judges due to there breakthrough in European Market and because of there experience… it would bring in the ratings for sure..
NZ is such a beautiful place. Thats good that New Zealand is getting their own Next Top Model show.
I hope either Rachel Hunter or Kylie Bax host the show!
