Modelville on The Tyra Banks Show

Tyra Banks is expanded the Top Model franchise to include her own daytime talk show The Tyra Banks Show. Modelville, a show-within-a-show will premiere on the October 8 episode.
Modelville will follow former America’s Next Top Model contestants Fatima Siad, Renee Alway, Lauren Utter, Bianca Golden and Dominique Reighard as they continue to pursue their modeling dreams.
Al the girls will live in a house together and complete a series of challenges. The winner will receive a $50,000 modeling contract.

While I think this is going to be fun to watch, do the contestants really think that participating in another Tyra-creating modeling competition is what it will take to make their modeling dreams come true?
I think what they want most is exposure. The more people talk about them, the more they’ll be a household name.
those are like 5 of the most psycho contestants EVER on the show. so there’s going to be lots of drama.
and everyone there has been on the show pretty recently…? i think it would have been more interesting if they had brought back some people from earlier cycles, but apparently anybody before cycle 8’s chances at a modeling career are over, haha.
What I don’t get is, is why Binx and Fats are doing this. Bianca has been working steadily. Fatima just got moved over to Women at nymodels despite not really having had a lot of jobs during her trial period. I don’t know why they would do this. Lauren hasn’t really seemed serious about modeling (when she left the show she was of the impression that agencies would come to her). Dom is never going to be high fashion unless she becomes someone’s muse and Renee has worked sporadically. I don’t think this is going to get any of them any more work than they have right now.
I ca’nt wait to sees whta theirs makeover will be.
Those girls are doing this show for more exposure, not to become a model. That’s what I think.
Why, why still competing for a modeling contract? It will be smarter to just follow those girls while trying to do casting, finding some work, etc. So people can see what those girls are doing beyond their ANTM modeling.
Does anyone know how often this will be on the tyra show? Daily, or once a week, or something? If someone could inform me i’d really appreciate it
