Claire Selling Bling on Ebay
Thanks to Top Model Live Journal, I discovered that Claire from this season’s America’s Next Top Model is selling a necklace she won after a posing challenge.
The necklace is a Hello Kitty diamond encrusted necklace, and the starting bid is $7,500, with the proceeds going to charity.
What I’m wondering, though, is if using this kind of promotion to sell her stuff on Ebay violates the terms of agreement she signed to be on the show. That, and judging by her hair, I bet Claire doesn’t win.
What do you think?

I don’t see anything wrong with it. She won this necklase, so it’s legally hers. She can do whatever she wants with it.

i don’t see anything wrong with it either. but i’m wondering if the selling it while she’s still on the show (as opposed to after the show finishes airing or after she’s eliminated) violates some contracts or agreements.
if not, it’s totally cool she’s doing this, esp. for charity!

I hope she wins because she has a lot of talent. She is a bit of a bitch though but oh well. Only makes it more interesting. As for the necklace, the fact that she won the challenge would’ve made it complicated if the episode hadn’t aired yet. But it has so she can do whatever she wants with it. Although i can’t believe she got a $7.500 necklace. Some of the challenge prizes aren’t even worth a $1000. But oh well.

its a weeks worth edited down to an hour show. they cant show everything.
