I’m a bit late on this, but tomorrow on The Tyra Banks Show, you’ll be able to pick your fan favorite! Was it bubbly Jen? Awkward Nicole? Endearing Laura? Cast your vote here!

Tyra will also address the controversial biracial photo shoot, wherein each girl portrayed two different cultures coming together.

Tyra Banks Talks to Ocean Drive

Tyra Banks was recently profiled in Ocean Drive magazine. In the interview, she talks about how her talk show is growing, her love of make-up and showhouses, her new fitness regime and more.

She explains why the ANTM makeovers are now called Ty-overs (which I think is seriously stupid). “For America’s Next Top Model we’re now calling makeovers “Ty-overs” because they are my vision of what the girls should look like,” she said.

Tyra Banks as Kim Kardashian

Tyra Banks dressed up as reality star and recent America’s Next Top Model judge Kim Kardashian for Halloween. The costume is hilarious, as Tyra attached oversized cardboard versions of Khloe and Kourtney to her back and tried to best to talk just like Kim. I’m impressed Tyra.

Tyra Banks & ANTM Alum Give Coats Away for Charity

The Tyra Banks Show partnered with Aerostaple to give away 100,000 coats for charity this past week in Grand Rapids. The coat drive was organized through the non-profit One Warm Coat, an organization whose mission is to ensure all children have coats to keep them warm through the winter.

Several Top Model alumni came out to help give away the coats, including Toccara Jones, Lauren Utter and Aminat Ayinde. The girls took some time to sign autographs for a few star-struck kids receiving the coats! Tyra didn’t make an appearance, but it’s still a great cause for her to support!

“My mother always used to go the Red Cross to get clothes and food. We always had hand-me-downs. I feel blessed to be here and to be able to give them something new,” Toccara told MLive.com.

The drive also hit close to home for Lauren, who was once homeless and Aminat, who said her family often struggled financially when she was growing up.

Tyra Banks is Primetime’s Top Female Earner

Tyra Banks topped Forbes’ list of primetime female earners, as she raked in over $30 million last year. Tyra walloped the competition, as only one other woman on the list broke the $10 million mark.

Tyra’s multiple projects, including her talk show, America’s Next Top Model, and the money she earned from now-defunft projects like Stylista and True Beauty.

Rounding out the top ten were Katherine Heigl ($18 million); Marg Helgenberger ($9.5 million); Eva Longoria Parker ($9 million); Mariska Hargitay ($8.5 million); Julia Louis-Dreyfus ($8 million); Maura Tierney ($8 million); Tina Fey ($7 million); Marcia Cross ($6.2 million); Jennifer Love Hewitt ($6 million) and Ellen Pompeo ($6 million).

Tyra Banks on Gossip Girl

Tyra Banks made her Gossip Girl debut last night, playing a movie star diva, Ursula. Serena is hired to essentially babysit the star during her press junket for her new movie. Everyone’s been talking about how Tyra had seven hairstyle changes throughout the show, but very few are talking about her performance.

Tyra Banks will make her Gossip Girl debut next week! She plays an actress who is starring in Hilary Duff’s character’s newest film and is a complete diva. By some random chain of events, Serena is charged with essentially baby-sitting Tyra.

In the clip below, Serena meets Tyra, whose character is named Ursula, for this first time.

I’m really excited to see Tyra on Gossip Girl. She hasn’t acted in a long time, other than when she plays herself for cameos. The episode airs next Monday. Will you be watching?

Tyra Banks was on Larry King Live last night. She talked about body image, her real hair, growing up a geek, her new magaline, and more.

Tyra wants all women to have a healthy body image, including herself. Even though she’s lost a lot of weight in the past year, she’s done her best to always feel good about her body, no matter what size she is.

No, unless the lighting is bad in the dressing room. But, no. I always feel good. But sometimes certain clothes, when I put them on and they don’t fit the way that I would like them to, that’s when I tend to get self-conscious.

Tyra Banks Interviewed in The Advocate

Tyra Banks was interviewed in the October 2009 issue of The Advocate. She talked about her support for gay rights and how it’s a frequent topic on her show, the death of “fierce”, and what it would be like to be Tyra’s best friend.

My favorite part is when she gives advice to contestants on the next season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, should they ever be inspired by Tyra. (There has to be a second season!):

The key to a drag queen doing me is overdoing me. You’ve got to go all the way over the top, times 10. First of all, get a honey brown weave or wig, some green contact lenses, and some big-ass chicken cutlets to stuff the bra. You also need a killer runway walk, but that weave has to be fly. The bigger the better, but quality is key — no cheap weave hair! And always be ready to smile with your eyes — “smize” — at the drop of a hat.

I’m over smize and this week’s Top Model was the first time I ever heard it.
