Tyra Banks was recently profiled in Ocean Drive magazine. In the interview, she talks about how her talk show is growing, her love of make-up and showhouses, her new fitness regime and more.

She explains why the ANTM makeovers are now called Ty-overs (which I think is seriously stupid). “For America’s Next Top Model we’re now calling makeovers “Ty-overs” because they are my vision of what the girls should look like,” she said.

Tyra Banks dressed up as reality star and recent America’s Next Top Model judge Kim Kardashian for Halloween. The costume is hilarious, as Tyra attached oversized cardboard versions of Khloe and Kourtney to her back and tried to best to talk just like Kim. I’m impressed Tyra.
What were you for Halloween?

The Tyra Banks Show partnered with Aerostaple to give away 100,000 coats for charity this past week in Grand Rapids. The coat drive was organized through the non-profit One Warm Coat, an organization whose mission is to ensure all children have coats to keep them warm through the winter.

Several Top Model alumni came out to help give away the coats, including Toccara Jones, Lauren Utter and Aminat Ayinde. The girls took some time to sign autographs for a few star-struck kids receiving the coats! Tyra didn’t make an appearance, but it’s still a great cause for her to support!

Tyra Banks made her Gossip Girl debut last night, playing a movie star diva, Ursula. Serena is hired to essentially babysit the star during her press junket for her new movie. Everyone’s been talking about how Tyra had seven hairstyle changes throughout the show, but very few are talking about her performance.
