April Wilkner, who competed on Cycle 2 of America’s Next Top Model made a brief appearance in the pilot of USA’s new show Royal Pains. Royal Pains is about Hank, an emergency room doctor who has lost everything. After his friend sneaks him into a deluxe party in the Hamptons, he sort-of-accidently becomes a doctor for the rich and famous in the area.
April plays one of the party guests, a beautiful gold-digging socialite who mistakes Hank for a wealthy entrepeneur. She;s only in the show for a few seconds, but has a few lines. Here scene is in the video …read more

Last night’s Top Models in Action segment featured America’s Next Top Model Cycle 2 third runner-up and Nigel favorite April Wilkner. If you recall, April was torn between a high powered corporate career and the modeling world during her time on the show. It looks like she found her calling, as ever since ANTM, she’s been busy modeling, acting and hosting.
Most recently, April has been a correspondent on Miami Vibe and had a small guest part in Lipstick Jungle.

April Wilkner from Cycle 2 of America’s Next Top Model made a brief appearance in last week’s episode of Lipstick Jungle. The episode, titled “The Lyin’, the Bitch and the Wardrobe” aired on October 31 and featured Victory’s flagship store opening and April was one of the models who walked in the show.
She had a few lines, as featured in the video below:

It’s such a small role. While it’s great to see April getting some television work, you’d think she’d have moved n to bigger and better things by now.
