Canada’s Next Top Model Host: Tricia Helfer
I know there’s a lot of people interested in Canada’s Next Top Model, so I thought I’d start posting some info as I come across it. The host’s name is Tricia Helfer, and you can find all about her at her personal and official website.
Here’s some info about the show:
Tricia Helfer will Host / Produce Canada’s Next Top Model. The show will premiere mid-May, 2006 on Chums City TV. Temple Street & May Street Productions will co-produce.
Still a bit to go before the premiere, but stay tuned, cause lots of juicy gossip is sure to emerge from the depths of the Internets.

I am wondering the exact same thing as everyone else here.
HOW and WHEN do I apply? When are the applications going to be out? How do I get my hands on one?
Please take the time to find this information out. I have been searching my little brain out, but have come up empty handed everytime.
The America’s Next Top Model applications are out and ready, but what about Canada. America is already look for a season 8, so will Canada gets theirs out soon too?
Please find anything out and that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a million and cheers!

I’ve been trying to find out how to apply for CNTP too. So far all I found out was you have to be 18-27 years of age and must be prepared to be away from family and friends for five weeks.
It will be on the citytv.com website to download, I just don’t know when though - I’ve been, and probably alot others, waiting for awhile!
I can’t wait!
Oh yeah and the application kit is supposed to be about 30 pages long!!

Hey, everyone. Did you ever stop to think that the applications will probably be published , I don’t know say November 21st; maybe. Since that is when last years was posted. Just a little common sense. You all come across as desprately seeking approval, and recognition. Alittle air headedness, NOT good; if you plan to compete on the show.

You must be fat or something. If you were on this website in the first place, then you must have indeed been looking for top model information. If you were searching for somewhere to vent your frustraion at the world for the haneious way that God created you, then you should write your feelings down on a piece of paper and burn it because really NOBODY CARES. thanks.

In case you haven’t heard, they are now accepting applications for Season two of CNTM. Jay is gonna host it! The deadline for video and written applications is Dec.15, 2006. Good Luck!

This is a message to the peeps at City…do you think we’re stupid? Seriously. The whole cycle 2 is turning out to be a big commerical. The opening on the BT set…Dina as guest…sure we’ll see Jeanne on FT set….why don’t you throw in a Much Music challenge and have the final show called BRAVO! Models….then you could do a New Music photo session….and get Ed the Sock to be a judge. The show is a joke. I’m so sick of this season and its just started. Was also wondering if you get the models to say “yay, we love Doritos” on every episode, or do you cycle that with “yay, we love shreddies” and “yay we love D’licio Pizza”. This is NOT a show about models. This IS a show about CityTV and Covergirl. Jay Manuel should be ashamed to put his face on this show. Its SO tacky this season…and boring too.

Looks like I came to this website for the most popular reason: to find out how to apply to enter and what conditions or requirements there may be about basic eligibility; I find it disrespectful to fans and interested women who want this information to be bounced around the web with no actual information provided. The closest thing to info provided was submitted in the comments section, not from anyone affiliated to the show. Where is a general link to FAQ’s or such…this is just so shoddy of a ‘million dollar’ program.
