AusNTM’s Alice Burdeu Gets Second Vogue Cover

Australia’s Next Top Model Cycle 3 winner Alice Burdeu is arguably the most successful Top Model winner ever. (Along with Russia’s Ksenia, choosing between the two is pretty hard!). Alice is so successful that she’s getting her second Vogue cover in less than a year!
“She’s a different model now to the one who won Australia’s Next Top Model,” Vogue Australia’s editor Kristie Clements said. “She’s been validated as one of the top emerging models on the world scene and has a whole new sense of sophistication.”
I would love to see Alice get a Vogue cover that’s not Australia. As big an accomplishment this is, I’d argue that Australia’s Vogue is one of the weakest Vogue titles. How awesome would it be to see Alice rock the cover of British Vogue, Vogue Italia or American Vogue?
Regardless, I’m excited to see the new cover!

I love Alice and think she’s fab. If any NTMer can get a Vogue cover, I know it’s her!
omg yes! I love alice and shes kicking some ass.
I love her! But I doubt she will ever get an American Vogue cover. British, French or Italian maybe.
Not sure Vogue America has as much cache anymore since its become a celebrity-cover mag. Vogue Italia and Nippon are the creative pinnacles now, IMHO. If she can nail Italia or Parisian Vogue… she’ll have this in the bag.
