Are we on the set? What is everyone getting so personal with this like you were asked to do a photo shoot of murdered victims. That’s what the industry is about. Get real, if that offend’s you all then get ready for the rest. Tyra is a excellent example of a talented women the has her own mind and takes pride in what she does. I Can’t wait to see what they have planned for cycle 11. I’ll be there with out any complaint’s. You have to express your self through your work. That’s the art of life. I have to admit at time the shoots get a little ourageous. At times they don’t make no damn sense at all but to get offended I think that may pushing the envelope just a tad unless this triggered some heart wrenching experince you had in the past… get over it. Tyra just looking for some new crap to put these girls through to make the show interesting. yes it’s art but it also entertainment, which is all about ratings.

And for the rest of the people complaining, grow up! Art is subjective and if you don’t think it’s art then that’s fine but to suggest that this photoshoot is exploiting women is just plain ignorance. Violence is violence, no matter what it’s against. Why is it different if it’s violence against women? If you’re going to be against violence then be against it but that’s not going to change the fact that it happens.

I agree with Daniel. Let’s focus on things that actually matter instead of getting up in arms over a photoshoot. It’s really not that deep, it fits perfectly into a horror movie genre, and I agree, rather well done at that. If you’re going to be that sensitive, then boycott every horror film, book, and news program while you’re at it. To say photography is not an art form, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

I say ‘get a life!’ to all the people who took offense from this amazing photoshoot. nobody was exploited from it, it was not based on real life but merely a fantasy setting. photography is an art and in this case it has expressed inself in a much more raw way.
I bet all of you who took offence all watch horror films and television programmes which portray death in one way or an other. my message to all you touchy people is that if you cant handle it – maybe you should just stick to the cartoon network.

It is indeed unfortunate that the producers of ANTM have chosen to portray their young unfortunate model-want-to-be’s in such a demeaning and essentially unattractive manner. I’d hate to think of the impressionable young women who may kill one another in an effort to emulate “Jael” or “Whitney”. This is not a game, girls. Shame.
