You're right about the smart girls. I always get annoyed when they make the girls feel bad for actually going to Uni and studying. Why? They don't like it when they are stippers, but when they take a break from their first degree for a chance at being a model they don't get any respect either. Seems like the only people that get any respect are the ones who have those sad stories about living with all sorts of relatives who aren't their parents. I liked Jennifer, but she's gone. Can't remember her name already, not a good sign), the girl with the physical handicap (Heather) which will probably get her eliminated (look for Tyra and Company to absolve themselves of any guilt in doing so, like they did in Cycle 3 when Cassie was sent home with an eating disorder; Tyra's mother gave Tyra absolution by claiming, "You can't help save a lost soul that doesn't want to be saved." Wise), the girls who just know they're going to whoop everyone else's ass (take your pick, really), a few intelligent girls who are going to get knocked down a peg or two for their intelligence (Victoria in particular) which, of course, only teaches smart girls in the viewing audience that they shouldn't be smart (hmm, Tyra, what kind of confidence builder is that, oh Queen of T-Zone?) and no clear front runner. All I would like to add is this: in the entire history of ANTM, no one won if their photo was smack dab in the middle of the group. This is the group photo that is shown at the end of the show and from which one contestant disappears every week after she's been eliminated. If they put you in the middle of the group, you don't stand a chance. So, already, Sarah, Ambreal, Janet, Bianca, Chantal, Heather and Kimberly are statistically unlikely to win. Let the games begin!
