Amanda Babin in From Within

Amanda Babin, one of the twins from Cycle 7 of America’s Next Top Model has taken a turn into acting! Amanda is starring in From Within, a supernatural thriller that also stars Rumer Willis. Amanda plays Molly, one of the small-town residents. The town gets spooked when the residents start dying one by one in what at first looks like suicide.
Here’s a clip of Amanda from the movie. She isn’t bad, but I wonder when she decided to move into acting!

dear lord she looks EXACTLY the same. i could never tell her apart from her sister. but oh man she’s…not very good at all. good for her though.
Oh, I don’t know. Horror films are a traditional route to bigger and better things. She was fine in the first ten seconds, but then when her doppleganger comes to get her, the acting chops fall a little flat. Still, she looks great. I’ll probably put it in my Netflix queue to support all former Top Model Contestants. She certainly hit all the marks of Someone Who’s Going to Die: runs out of the house in underwear, falls down (in the mud no less, bonus points for that), has one good scare courtesy of herself (looking in the mirror which, pardon me but why was it placed on the outside of the door? That makes no sense), and dies.
i thought she was alright until she screams. the screams are really not believable :\
